Good day
I have recently received a demand for payment for supposed copyright infringement for the use of an image which I downloaded free from Adobe Stock.

The image in question is AdobeStock_407400322 (attached). The company that contacted me is called COPYTRACK, email address is [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers],  and they claim the rights holder is YayImages.

Please let me know what I should do about this.

Many thanks

As you have licensed the asset, you should send proof of that to the claimant. Either they are trying to extort you or their claim is legit. If it is legit, you should ask Adobe for help. Check here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/illegal-content/m-p/13549301#M53307

My original video content has been copied without my permission.

In addition to the video itself, the infringing contributor has copied my Title and Keywords word-for-word. The metadata and content are identical to my original work, which clearly indicates intentional and unauthorized duplication.

I am the original creator and copyright owner of this video and its associated metadata. This issue was previously reported under Case #00472917, and further instances of infringement have continued even after my initial report.

Due to the repeated and deliberate nature of this violation, I respectfully request strong enforcement action, including appropriate measures against the infringing contributor account, up to and including blocking or disabling the ID to prevent further abuse.

Has anyone contacted the company to communicate the legit license of the asset?

Which company? Adobe? Or Copytrack?

They are scammers. From a legal perspective they have never obtained a single license prior to downloading content from unsuspected victims onto their own servers (confirmed). Please note that the images shown on the emails are publicly accessbile.

Forward the email/claim received from COPYTRACK to: phishing@paypal.com

That may well be. But if you have confirmation of that, you should take legal action against them. File a criminal complaint.

Don't post licensed assets here. Post only a link to the asset or a watermarked preview here. I will remove the attachement.

Have you written back to the company accusing you of stealing said asset? I would begin by emailing them and explaining that you purchased the asset on Adobe Stock. What I'm not sure about myself is how to find the license as proof of purchase, but maybe someone else here can be of help. I could always be that the asset was stolen originally by the contributor and that this is the individual they need to go after.
