Hi, I have a question about Adobe Stock user licenses. I wanted to know if by subscribing to the monthly plan of 29.99€, we would have a limited time to download the resources (in our case they are audios) and if the licenses are for life or if the subscription expires, the license to use publicly expires too.

The licence never expires. It is, however, wise to download any licenced asset and store that securely away (for audio with the token), as the author or Adobe may at any moment delete the asset, and it will be no more possible to download again (or to relicence) at that moment.

Once you have licensed an asset, you retain perpetual use to that asset for the customer for whom it was licensed even if your Adobe Stock subscription has lapsed. You cannot, however, use that license for multiple clients, as each requires a separate license.
