Hello,

I need to report that someone is selling my photo as thier own,  I have this photo in my portfolio even here on Adobe Stock.

Here is the link to the Photo in my portfolio:

https://stock.adobe.com/images/beautiful-view-of-bahadurabad-chorangi-karachi-pakistan/247526921

Here is the photo in that person's portfolio:

Kindly guide me how can i get this removed from that person's portfolio.

Thank you.

It is my understanding that they take down images immediately after receiving a credible claim.

I just used the links in the OPs comment, and they both worked, taking me to both images, which are clearly from the indentical source.  If the second link still works, does that mean that image is till actively available on Abode Stock?  I ask because it is now a month since the OP made this claim.  Assuming the process for removal was started soon after the original posting, how long does it usually take to take down a copyrighted violation?

Definitely, yours is older. Uploaded approximately in 2019. You need to follow the path as indicated by @daniellei4510. The copyist will get banned.
