Copytrack Claim

About a year ago, someone in our office pulled a Creative Commons-licensed photo to use on a blog post.  We received a Copytrack claim demanding money from a German-based company.  They gave a filename of Fotolia_102694039.jpg.  

I have reverse image searched it on Adobe, but can not find it to buy a license.  We have already removed it from the blog post and deleted it from the servers.  Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?
