COPYTRACK copyright claim for images purchased on Fotolia in 2012

We received a copyright claim from COPYTRACK GmbH , alleging unauthorized use of an image that we lawfully purchased from Fotolia in 2012 prior to its merger with Adobe Stock.

 

We understand that all valid Fotolia licenses remain fully valid and enforceable under Adobe Stock.

 

Because of the merger, we no longer have access to the old Fotolia platform or records to retrieve the invoice and license details.

 

We contacted StockSupportTeam@adobe.com without success.

 

How do we receive a copy of the purchase invoice?

UPDATE: we contacted copyright-stock@adobe.com as advised here in the forum. They asked us to contact StockSupportTeam@adobe.com

 

StockSupportTeam@adobe.com is effectively not reachable because they dont allowed anyone to email them, unless they included the email address to the allowed sender list, which makes email-support impossible. Thats a strange setting for a support email.

 

Anyone knows how to contact the stock support, so they can include us in the allowed sender list and we are finally able to send them our support request?
