Copytrack demand

Hello,I received a request from Copytrack for a photo that I licenced from Adobe Stock (file #76650434) to incorporate into a client's website in 2018. This image is still available on Adobe Stock, and I see it in my license history. I sent a response to Copytrack explaining that I licenced this photo on Adobe Stock, along with a screenshot of my license history for this photo. However, they are not acknowledging this and are demanding a payment. What should I do about this? I've been a subscriber to Adobe Stock for many years and have always used the content in a way that respects the terms and conditions. The image is still available on Adobe Stock, and I have acquired the license for this photo, which appears in my license history. Does anyone at Adobe have a procedure for dealing with this type of request, particularly with Copytrack? Note: The website where this photo is displayed is a very small website with practically no traffic. Thank you.

That is probably a scam. I would inform Adobe by e-mail, using the address as indicated here: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/how-to-report-suspected-misuse-of-your-intellectual-property.html

You will need to include as much information as you have, so that Adobe can react in a timely manner, protecting your interests, the interests of Adobe and the interests of the contributor. This would also include your Adobe ID so that they can check your licence history, the asset ID and the mails you received.

As a contributor, we agree expressly to the fact that Adobe licences the assets to customers. There may be a possibility that the contributor did indeed not upload his property and was violating his contributor terms. In such a case, Adobe will inform you, how to proceed.
