COPYTRACK Requesting license

We purchased an image (85998911) through Fotolia, back in 2019, now we are being asked by COPYTRACK to provide a copy of our license. where can I find this license if my Fotolia account was merged with Adobe?

Adobe acquired Fotolia in 2015, so I assume that the license history is available in the Library in your Adobe account.

Unfortunately, I cannot find it in our Adobe account. But I still have it on my computer, see the screenshot below.

After Adobe acquired Fotolia messaging was sent out for Fotolia customers to migrate their accounts to Adobe Stock. The deadline for completing the migration passed some time ago.
