Hello, I licensed and downloaded a vector file from adobe stock.

The file does not open in the latest Illustrator CC and gives the following error: The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error.

Can I get a refund on my account?

Hello @Min29586080jlxe  I'm not seeing an issue with the vector in the latest version of Illustrator CC. Possibly try some common troubleshooting options like re-downloading the asset for free, then restarting the computer and try again? Sharing the screenshot of Adobe Illustrator open with the error can be helpful as well.

Hi, I tried the solution you mentioned, but it didn't work.

I share my screenshots.

The first one shows a warning pop-up window that appears when I open the file.

Btw, I'm using Korean version Illustrator CC and it means "An error has occurred".

The second one shows a blank file that appears after clicking on the pop-up window.

Let me know if there's a solution.
