Corrupt Stock Image:108002693

Hi

I licensed and downloaded an image from adobe stock.

The image does not open in Illustrator CC and gives the following error: The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error. [x!fd]

Image number: 108002693

Can you please credit my account with a credit as this file is not working. I will use something else.
