Dear Adobe Stock team,

I got some issues with the image #163171020.

I licensed and downloaded it now with three different browser and still cannot open the file with an unknown error.

Can you please check that file?

Once again my last question to be the latest post:

Is there any non commercial possibility to open those ai files?

Or is there a possibility to download this payed file as another file format like svg?

I'm afraid that it'll work the best with Adobe Illustrator only.

How do you want to open the file? As it is a vector graphic, the program to use would be Adobe Illustrator.

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues while downloading an Adobe Stock file. I have downloaded and opened the file in Illustrator CC and did not encounter any issues.

We recommend opening the vector files in Illustrator for best results. If you do not have Illustrator as a workaround you may download the trial version of Illustrator(7 days trial ) and can try to use the files.
