Corrupted Stock Image

Hello,

I purchased image#: 193046217. When I opened it after downloading it to my computer, it only showed an image with the message:

How can I get this file to open properly? Another person I know used the same image just fine, but I can't seem to be able to open it.

    just to be sure, you are trying to open it in Illustrator?

    I was trying to open it in Affinity Designer on my desktop and it wouldn't open it. So I opened it and resaved it with Illustrator on my laptop and that worked.

    Strange how all of the other 50 files I purchased opened just fine but not that particular one.

    I wouldn't have thought the program would have made a difference.

    Well that is not that strange. Illustrator is probably the best program to open native Illustrator files. As it may work with a third party program, there is no guaranty.
