"Could not load libraries" in Adobe Stock

Please I'm hoping for a proper solution, not "restart computer" suggestions. I've tried three different browsers: chrome, opera and safari. I just want this to work. I can't even save photos. What can I do?

@emilyd72063428 are you still having this issue on the Adobe Stock site?


Based on another thread, I discovered that one of my libraries was corrupt but not all of them. I deleted that one and everything is fine now.

Are you using an Enterprise ID to connect to Adobe Stock?

Furthermore, are you able to use/see your libraries when going to https://assets.adobe.com/libraries with the same account?
