"Could not save asset into your library"

This topic has been posted quite a few times, but none seem to have worked for me. For some context I just started using Adobe Premiere Rush and was trying to save an asset from stock for a project. But whenever I went to save it to my library there was a pop-up saying, "Could not save asset into your library". I have nothing in my library, and the photo is liscened.
