Could there be a problem if only one account in the company uses stock images?

What subscription do you have? You should get a Teams stock subscription. That should be ok. https://stock.adobe.com/teams

Check this, and when unsure, contact Adobe sales.

Yes - that violates the terms of use. Sharing licenses for software and assets like stock is not permitted.
