creative cloud subscription

Hi everyone,
I have (or had) a monthly Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and I just noticed that my card was charged twice in the same month.
Does anyone know why this could be happening and what I can do about it?
I don't speak English well, so it's difficult to contact Adobe directly. Any advice or shared experiences would be appreciated.

Support is available in many languages. So, if you are located in Spain, you can use Spanish-speaking support. If you are located in France, you can use French-speaking support. Only if you are located somewhere, where Adobe does not offer local language support, you need to use one or the other language that may not be your native language.
