Credit Pack issue

Hello all,

I create this tread because Adobe support is not reachable by phone...

So maybe I will have more success here to fix my issue .

So, i bought 2 credit packs (5 pictures per pack) and my credit account displays 0 credit....

I paid for nothing.. My commands and bills displays the amount (47,94€) and packs bought but I can't download any picture..

In parallel, I have been charged to my bank account.

So someone can help me ? Maybe there is an Adobe support here?

Hello, I have the same Problem, i have yesterday pay a 5 Credit Pack but my Credit account is 0
