Credit used although Plan Credits available

Hello,

I purchased 2 photos today and 2 of my 3 credits I have additionally to my 25 media/month plan have been taken from my account.

Me and my team downloaded 6 photos theis month so I do not understand why those credits were taken.

Both of those photos I downloaded today were STANDARD type, so they should have been in my plan and I struggle finding a contact to get my credits back.

Is there a method to get in contact with somebody from Adobe? Preferrably in German.
