    Sorry to hear that.

    I have checked your account details and noticed that the subscription downloads and the credits has already been transferred from your Fotolia account.

    When you sign in to Adobe Stock (with your Adobe credentials) you can view your available licenses in the blue box in the top navigation bar.

    All the downloaded licenses will remain in your license history.

    If you are still unable to see your available licenses, can you please share a screenshot so that we can assist you further?
