Bonjour, j'avais 5 crédits sur mon compte j'en ai utilisé 2 et maintenant adobe stock me dit que je n'ai plus de crédits dispo

Pouvez-vous 'aider à savoir ce qui s'est passé avec les 3 crédits restants : où sont-ils ? comment les récupérer ?

Hi @morgane240411234hx3,

Using the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums I can see that you are a team member. Please sign out of the Adobe  Stock site and clear your browser history. Return to the site and click Sign In on the page. When you sign in be sure to choose your company/organization on the intial sign in screen. Then when the Adobe Stock page reloads, be sure that you see the name of your organization in the profile menu.
