Credits not recognised

Got a serious bit of bother here chaps

My credits are not being recognised

My licences are all up to date and payments current

Can't get onto chat for Stock - just get community option (even though all subscriptions current)

Because I have Creative Cloud they offered to transfer me, but I've been on hold for 30mins, then 20, then 40 and just now 1 hour

I've missed a print deadline and will lose the job if I can't sort by tomorrow

Anybody help????

    That's it fixed.  The license allocations are currently being added to your account and should be completed within 1-2 hours.
