I have tried and tried to get a customer service person to contact me as the scam of a "free trial" where you can't cancel.....which I tried to do the very same day as I was lead down the primrose path....and still all I get is that I haven't paid as I took my information out as I DON'T want the free trial or the program.....How do I get a customer service person to call me?

Customer service does not contact you, except if they said so in the chat. This is to avoid getting scammed. If you get contacted, by DM as an example, make sure that the person is an Adobe employee. If it is not, it is a scammer.  For a DM, you need to click the name to see that.

Best to contact Adobe customer service is the chat, as @Jill_C points out. You can't cancel yourself if there are open payments. Click the call-out button in the lower right corner. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/kb/cancel-membership-subscription-stock.html

Use the chat box in this page. If you don't receive a useful, answer from the bot, type "agent" in the field to reach a real, live person.
