Hallo,

mein Mac kann eine Datei nicht öffnen, zeigt mir an das sie beschädigt ist. An dem Format kann es nicht liegen. Die anderen Bilder sind auch im ai Format.

Es handelt sich um das folgende Bild:     #225087907

Ich hoffe es kann mir jemand helfen ?

      Hi Twarita,

      I don´t have illustrator, usually I get the possibility to open the image in the web browser.... but this option didn´t show up this time.

      Hi there,

      Vector files work the best with Illustrator only but can be used in Photoshop as a rasterised image.

      However, if you do not have Illustrator, rather than subscribing the app you can always use the 7-day trial version(in order to use the vector file you have downloaded from Adobe Stock).

      Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Adobe Stock services.

      I have downloaded and opened the file with Illustrator and did not encounter the same issue.

      Could you please let me know which version of Illustrator are you using this image with so that we can further assist you?
