Deactivated Stock Account

My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated. I do not want to appeal or recover the deactivated account. I would like to start over with a single Contributor account and comply fully with Adobe's current one-account policy. Am I permitted to create a new Contributor account, or do I need written approval from Adobe before doing so?"  if anyone can help please reply I made a mistake by creating multiple accounts because I didn't know I just crated the and forgot about it and now I am realizing it that I made a mistake and now I want to start over please help me if you can and tell me what is the best thing I can do now
