Bonjour, nous avons téléchargé une vidéo mais celle-ci ne servira finalement pas dans le projet. Un remboursement est-il possible et un réapprovisionnement des crédits ? Il s'agit de la vidéo #658452253 achetée le 19/11/2024 15:47 pour 8 crédits

Adobe sometimes issues credits if the file was found to be flawed in some way; however, if you've just changed your mind and decided that you no longer want the file, that's not really a valid reason for receiving a refund.
