Descarga de clips Pond5

Question

Hemos recibido un email en fecha miércoles, 29 de junio de 2022 a las 20:00, informando que la colección Pond5 dejará de estar disponible a partir del 29 de julio de 2022 por lo que se emplaza a descargar copia de seguridad de los clips comprados bajo licencia de esta colección.
Al intentar descargarlos aparece el mensaje "Este contenido ya no está disponible". Esperamos instrucciones para su descarga o reintegro del importe pagado por estos clips.

Hi @six teamg94692463,The file in your screenshot was removed from the Adobe Stock site in 2020. I am curious how you were able to load the view of the file in your screenshot.

You always should keep a copy of any asset you did license because any asset may be taken down without notice. This said, if your e-mail is true, you will need to download from your licensing history. If that does not work, you will need to contact Adobe customer care.
