Did not sign up for Adobe Stock, need to cancel but now it's charging me a fee?

Like many others, I did not realize signing up for the photography plan would automatically sign me up for Adobe Stock. I need to cancel this ASAP because I cannot pay for the $29.99 a month charge. When I go to cancel, it says I have to pay a cancellation fee of $134.96.

How can I cancel this without the fee? I never signed up in the first place and I have never used Adobe Stock at all. This is costing too much to keep it OR to pay the cancellation fee. Please help me solve this.

Hi @sarahl33986410,

You would have to have opted in to include the Adobe Stock subscription with your Photography subscription, it would not have been included otherwise. When you subscribed you received email confirmation for both subscriptions. I see that you have successfully cancelled after talking to our customer care team.
