Didn't mean to subscribe to Adobe Stock

I bought Adobe Illustrator a month ago and I love it, but I was offered free ten images from Adobe Stock. Since the offer was free, I figured it wouldn't hurt, but I really don't need stock images for my business. I'm not going to be using it. I downloaded one free image a month ago just to play around with it. I didn't realize I would suddenly have a membership plan with Adobe Stock. Nothing against the program but it's not something I need at the moment.

Hi there,

I must apologize for any inconvenience that I may have caused. I never intended to subscribe to Adobe Stock Images and am only catching this now. If I could be kindly unsubscribed without incurring the annual fee of $164.95 that would be much appreciated!

I am under the impression that I have already been billed $29.99 on January 3, 2022 and really would not want to be billed any further! Thank you so much for your help.

This is annoying. I did a trial for a completely different product, and today I discover that I have been charged for ADOBE STOCK.  I have no interest in Adobe Stock.  How does this happen?  Adobe says I can cancel it... but no reimbursement for something I didn't order.  I see this has happened to others. Adobe must be making a fortune through this unethical behaviour.

Hi Dr Jay,

Sorry to hear that.

I did go through your account details and noticed that you have signed up for Adobe Stock on 30th January 2018.

If you wish to cancel your Stock subscription, please refer to Cancel your Adobe Stock membership

You may also refer to Support FAQ: How can I contact Adobe for support? for the cancellation and the refund related queries.

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

Thank you Twarita, but I did a trial for something else (I think it was Animation).  A sign came up a few times and said I could get something free with Adobe Stock, but it held no interest for me and I kept ignoring it.  I don't know anything about Adobe Stock and not remotely interested in it.  I was only interested in Animation trial, which I let expire.  How could this turn into a subscription with Adobe Stock?
