Not a quesstion, I just want to say only a really greedy company would make you loose your assets you have paid for over a years subscription when you cancel it.

Honestly its practices like this that make you look for better brands.

Licenced assets stay available in accordance to the licencing terms. Only the accumulated unused credits get lost. So, you need to licence everything, before cancelling. You pay for maintaining the database, and included in that payment are free assets.

The same as I pay for my phone: I have 3000 free minutes per month, but I really pay for setting up and maintaining the network.

As a side note: all companies in this business work with similar conditions as of my knowledge.

It's a subscription, to use as you go, not a way to build a series of cheaper credits to keep forever. That's why it's so much cheaper than buying directly. Adobe do not expect most people to use all their credits.

If you take indeed a 750-assets/month subscription, and you use every asset each month, Adobe loses money with that operation, at least for standard assets.

Hi,

I'm not sure if I understand your problem. It is the same as for any magazine or cellphone subscription. As long as you decide to pay the subscription, you have the right to use it. That's perfectly ok. When you do not want it to use it any longer, you also cannot use it any longer. That's the same with all other brands, too. Hope that helps to understand it better.

regards,Henrik
