Do I Need A License To Use Adobe SHAPES in A Commercial Sense?

I realise you need a license for Adobe 'Design Assets,' but what about just 'Shapes?'

If you want to use anything that is offered by Adobe stock in a commercial or non-commercial way, you will need a licence.
