Do not sign up for free trial

I cannot find the best place to get this message out, but whatever you do: Do not sign up for the free trials at adobe.

 

It is a $100 mistake I can't get back. They refuse to acknowledge my free-trial cancellation email and will not refund me despite the fact that I canceled. I'm just in shock.

    I see that you were able to successfully able to cancel and that the early termination fee was waived. If this is not your understanding please contact customer care with your case number: ADB-23552320-C5L7
