Does Adobe Stock have editable vector graphics for download?

I used to use ShutterStock at work, I have to find a new program to replace it. ShutterStock allowed me to download editable vector files that I could personalize for company needs. Does Adobe Stock have that feature as well?

Do you mean editing on the stock provider's website and downloading the edited version? That is not part of Adobe's stock offer.
