Does anyone else find that you download a AI/Vector file and it's just a jpeg placed in?

I have found a lot lately when downloading vector icons from Adobe stock that when you open the file it’s just a png or jpeg place in to the file. The artist - Lambe does this a lot (2023381250 and 2023381063). People are paying for these graphics and they are not the correct files. Does Adobe not check files and approve them? Wouldn't have this issue with iStock.

    Adobe does check the assets, but there are some bad assets slipping through or having slipped through. Let’s tag ​@Contributor1 for comments on this. If you need credits back, please contact customer service via the chat.

    and change the title if you see a duplicate message error.
