Does unlimited stock download includes usage for commercial and campaign

Will like to check if unlimited images means I can download all images from Adobe stock and legally use them for commercial purposes. Like campaign materials, website, posters, etc

The company is too big for me to track down the person who purchased the adobe suite.

You need to check the licensing agreement for the licensed assets. Check the allowed use with your legal department. All depends on the license you get.
