Dollar Photo Club Royalty-Free License Agreement

I am among those who had an Dollar Photo Club membership, and put it to good use back in 2015-2016. I don't have a copy of the original royalty-free license agreement, but it seems this may be something you can help me track down? Many thanks for your help, and here is wishing you all the best.
