These libraries are accessible from inside all the Adobe programs. So, if you have a program like InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop, you can access the asset from there. Just tell me what program you use, and I will show you where to find the data.

Hi,

the library is normally found in the User Path Path of your Computer. You can found it it you click in the Creative Cloud Desktop App in the upper right corner on the Cloud Symbol. There is a gear symbol and there you can find and if necessary change it. Also if you select the Image over the Webinterface you can also choose if it will be saved locally and then you can select the path. Hope that helps.
