All image files downloaded are only .AI files. How can I get the JPEG version of this? Otherwise I cant use it for online.

There is no 'reversal' of image charge, once downloaded. So stuck with the AI files.

All vectors and many illustrations will be in this format: check before buying, it tells you the file format. AI files can be opened and converted in Illustrator or Photoshop.
