Download Videos in Adobe Stock

Question

Hey , I paid for Adobe Stock and they promised a 3 months free trial as well after the payment, i was downloading videos to use in my projects but it only allowed me to download three videos and then starts charging and it says that you dont have enough credits, so i am wondering like why i did pay like $30 for it, if i can only download 3 videos per month jajajajja can somebody explain me that ill appreciated.

I've never heard of a 3-month free trial, only 30-day free trials. You should have received an email confirming the terms of the trial. Check that email.

For instance, the plan that is $29.99/mo allows the following downloads:
10 standard assets or 1 video a month

The $49.99/mo plan allows: 25 standard assets or 3 videos a month
