Downloadable licensed Adobe stock image not available after few days

Hi Team,

we have download a icon from adobe stock and used it in our project. but suddenly icon was missing from the adobe stock website. I tried to search by image name, id but it says "Asset not available". we have the download licence history, records. Please suggest how to get the icon back in stock website?

If the Contributor has deleted the asset or removed their entire account, there is nothing you can do to retrieve the asset; you'll have to search for something else similar in the database.

If you have licensed the asset, check if you have downloaded it. I always recommend to download and safeguard assets as soon as the are licensed, as the contributor or Adobe can ad any moment for a reason or the other pull that asset from the database. In that case, it can't be redownloaded anymore, even that you are still able to use the licensed item, except if Adobe asks you to cease the use.
