Hi,

I just signed up today and wanted to download my images.  I accidentally downloaded an image that I didn't want so had to go and download the right one, they were similar so didn't realise the first one downloaded as am just getting used to the webiste.  Then I downloaded an image that is an EI file type which I can't use...I only realised this after I downloaded it.  Can I change these 2 images?

Regards Angeline

    Angeline,

Since you have accidentally licensed Adobe Stock files, I have added 2 image licenses to your account so that you can use them against different images.

    Hope that helps!

    Hi Angeline,

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Adobe Stock services.

If I understand correctly, you have accidentally licensed 1 Stock asset which you do not wish to keep. Is that correct? If yes, please share the file ID which you are referring to so that we can assist you further.

Hi this one is a weird file and I didn’t realise as I wanted a jpeg.

    FILE #: 38389277 <https://stock.adobe.com/au/images/dieting-strategies/38389277?prev_url=detail>

    FILE TYPE

    AI/EPS

The next one I accidentally downloaded is detailed below. It was the wrong one. I downloaded it by accident. As you can see I downloaded a similar one with a bigger breadboard.

    FILE #: 144764171 <https://stock.adobe.com/au/images/balanced-diet-organic-food-for-healthy-nutrition/144764171?prev_url=detail>
