Adobe's image editors do not seem to be enforcing the rules, which are clear (see picture):

It's strange, I don't know how this got into the library. Trademarks are not allowed and "Polaroid" is certainly a trademark.

I see brand names availble in search tags all the time, shouldn't be a problem as long as they are not reproducing logos or exact trademarked content. If they do, it usually gets filed as "editorial."
