Downloaded and Licensed Photo with Odd Quality

I licensed a photo and downloaded it. I tried using it in Photoshop. When I opened the photo, it has a line running horizontally through the center. The top and bottom halves are slightly off from each other, and the bottom half is noticeably lighter than the top half. I deleted the photo and re-downloaded it, same result.

It opens this way in any photo viewer, and Photoshop.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Just a bad picture?

    Hi Jason,

I have downloaded the same image on my end and I agree that the image is corrupted. I have reported the same to our concerned team.

I apologize for the trouble you have faced.

Also, I have added an image credit to your account so that you can license a different image instead.

Let me know if this helps!

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional query.

    Regards,

    Twarita
