downloaded image is too small

Hi,

I've licensed image 181422491, and it's very small when I opened it in Photoshop, the size appears to be 3x2cm.

Please advise, thank you.

It's a vector image, it's is recommended to be opened using Adobe Illustrator. However, you can resize in Photoshop.
