Downloaded images crashes Illustrator

Downloaded vector image #242681883 from Adobe Stock but it crashes Illustrator CC2019. Error message says it doesn't have a tiff preview. My first choice is for you to fix it please, because I searched high and low to find the right image. Can you help?
