Downloaded vector doesn't match preview

I licensed and downloaded a vector (file # 169130135). When I open it, there are a lot of details missing relative to the preview. See below. I'm using Illustrator 22.1 (64-bit) on a Windows 10 workstation. Thanks for your help!

Adam,

Sorry for a delay in response.

We've checked the file at our end and can confirm that the file seems indeed broken. When opened with Illustrator it crashes Ai.

I have added 1 image license to your account so that you can use it against a different image.
