Downloaded Vector used a credit and is not a vector and has no layers

Hi there,

I downloaded a "Vector" File: 812174329 and it has no layers for the graphic.

This was opened in the latest version of Adobe Illustrator on Mac OS Sonoma 14.6.1

Please can someone re-credit me for this as it isn't usable? It might be worth removing this file so nobody else downloads it by mistake.
