Downloading Videos

I can not download videos using my credits, I have enough credits and have downloaded videos before. It is asking me to purchase the videos. I have spoken to a virtual assistant and still none the wiser. I have been told I can not use my credits to download enhanced license videos, yet I have in the past have not changed contract, I have also been told I can but have used too many credits, which I haven't. Please Help!
