Downloads of stock images keep failing. Please help

I have tried everything, used different browsers, signed in and out. Images used to save to my library and my downloads, nit it just saves to my creatice cloud library and every image gives me a download failed message.

Me too.  I was able to catch an image of the download process this time.  Instead of saying Waiting on Adobe, it says Waiting on barn.nr-data.net.

  • Have you cleared your browser history?
  • Are you seeing any errors when the download fails?
  • Have you tried downloading over a different network?
  • Do you have an anti-virus running in your browser? Try disabling it for the stock site and see if that resolves the issue.
  • Are you running any extensions or plug-ins in your browser? Please disable these. You may find that an extension or plug-in may be blocking the download and will have to use process of elimination to determine which.
