I understand that i signed up for this. That this is what is in the contract etc etc. But these are hard times! i have been a designer for 20 years, used adobe all this time, and i feel that we all need to be realistic and empathic. Covid 19 is happening to all of us.

I have paid for my 117 assets, and want to use them as soon as business is getting better. I lost almost all my income, and need to get rid of unneccesairy subscriptions. HOwever do not want to throw away my assets.

ANd i dont know what i will need in future designs. So just randomly downloading 117 pictures is no real solution. I think ethically, adobe needs to be outstanding as they say they are and cut us some slack. Like I can use my 117 assets one year after ending the subscription. I still have my CC subscription. I pay enough every month. Please adobe, help the small freelance designers who have been your customers for all these years. I tried to contact adobe services but been trying for one hour now and keep getting back to the same page over and over. NO REAL PERSON to talk to. To get a refund or a solution.

Hi Evilbugqueen,

Thank you! I finally had contact with two persons, one on the chat ( thanx) and one on the phone. We arranged something that I am very happy with. A pause from paying and some time ( three months) to use my assets. And I don't have to pay the full monthly amount for a while after that.
So Adobe is willing to help. It pays to get in touch. 🤪 Great.
