Duplicate Images

Hello,

It seems when i look into my stock library with images that i have licensed and i see a load of duplicates?

I am the only person with the account and as far as i am aware, when you purchase an image, you can re-download it for free. If so, how would i have got duplicates.

I'd be really grateful if someone could help me please.

@Cloudtexo,

Is it possible that you licensed two assets that happen to be similar? Check the asset IDs of the duplicates, are the ID numbers the same?

No it's happened 16 times and its now costing me money, I have the last few images i need for this site i need to complete and it seems its chewed up 16 credits. Can i get a refund on the single purchases if this is proved to be an error?
