duplicate licensed pictures

Hi all, 

 

Can anyone tell me how to unlicense a picture that I licenesed multiple times?  (At least I'm consistent right?)  
Is there an unlicense box somewhere? I see where I can relicense but not unlicense.

There is no unlicense as you correctly found out. You need either to wait for an Adobe employee to jump in and to grant you replacement licenses (post the item you licensed multiple times and the number of licences you want to "return", it will be faster then) or you contact Adobe support and explain your case. Adobe customer care can be contacted here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html - click the small callout at the lower right of the screen and type "agent".
